RE:RE:Clearwater Infrastructure Limited PartnershipThe higher operating cost will be offset by lower interest payments. Also, the co will operate the assets and still own 15%. Looks like a great deal but the market is the ultimate judge so we'll have to wait and see how it will react tomorrow and after.
