EV's Looking Unloved by Consumers

EV's Looking Unloved by ConsumersIn California customers were buying Toyota Hybrids over Toyota ICE's of the same model.
They then ran the Hybrids only on gasoline.
The purchase was because Hybrids had a big government rebate so were cheaper than the ICEs.
Once the rebate was gone so was the purchase interest in Hybrids.
What does that tell us about what the consumer wants?
