Armoyan did play that role in TPH (I’m not aware that he is a friend of Rai’s - I think unlikely) because there is no way Rai would ‘Act in concert’ with someone in violation of securities regulations.
Armoyan was just savvy and lucky enough to see a lot of loose stock that he could accumulate and become the key player.
I dont see that happening with TWC. Rai gets first look on anything out there and has bought most of it.
A few long term insiders own most of what Paros doesn’t. They understand the values very well - notice how they never sell?
