It could move up a going private bid.
Yes, but at what price?
That will be the big question. We reached a high of $27 recently.
If the going private bid is under $20, I will not be very happy.
Unfortunately, I have been through this scenario with more than one company. It did not end well.
Worked out very well for the new private company though.
