The City web site has the agenda posted. They are going thru with the meeting Nov 10 at 7 pm.
Over at the Court House, there is a hearing at 8.30 am the same day  for an emergency injunction.
We shall see which rules. 
The City appears to have once again changed direction, saying that part of the meeting will be quasi judicial. This was one of the main complaints of 13th Floor in their court filings.
Not sure if this is another tactic.
What's at stake? 395 home lots. This is valuable, but not really high. I doubt if it is a $1 a share.

My estimate is $50K per developed lot,  minimum.  A lot of the infrastructure is already in place for these suburban golf course redevelopment efforts.   Roads,   power,  water and sewer,   large area around the clubhouse for a multi-unit apartment/condo/assisted living facility.   Where the putting green/clubhouse/driving range/parking lot ...more

Thanks, my guess of a buck a share is close to your number. I do not know what 13th floor's deal was with Twc. It has been a long time since this started. I would guess they have millions fronted in fees so far. I think this development application will fail till there is a change in make up of the City Commission. If they do not get the injunction,  they will not likely get approval ...more
