Islesmere Golf for sale for $80M
As discussed in the Radio-Canada interview here attached Clublink is asking $80M for the sale of the land. The land is in a future high density zoning area because of the new REM train line being built.
The interview also mentions local and foreign interests in the property.
My understanding is that the proceeds are split 50/50 between Clublink and the former golf members. So assuming $80M it would be $40M for clubclink or just under $2 a share.
