No Insider Buying?

A litle surprised there is no insider buying at the current depressed share price.  Does not suggest a lot of management or director confidence in future share price appreciation.  Birch Hill are very underwayer on their original purchases and their average cost is over twice the current share price.  Despite the share buy-back announcement a few months back we know TWM are not buying back any shares at present.and won't until the remaining debt is refinanced.  If Birch Hill were believers they should be adding to their holding at at current prices.

It sounds like a big investment for Birch Hill, which also sounds as if they are in the investment for the long term: a large position in a risky small cap company in the volatile energy sector. So, at the same time, it's also easy to understand why they would limit their investment or the size of their position. There seems to be something going on behind the scenes with Tidewater Midstream ...more

if your speculation is correct on a leadership change, that won't come across very positive.
