Birch Hill is the largest shareholder in TWM with just under 25% of shares, but does not appear to own any Renewables shares so  their ownership of the combined entity is probably only 20%.  ...more

Announce big personnel changes and then turtle.  I believe Birch Hill is a reputable group, little that I know of them, but they seem determined to shoot themselves in the foot with this turtle ...more
