Its key downstream asset is the Prince George Refinery (PGR), the sole light oil refinery within the interior British Columbia market.

For instance, type in TWM to see a 21000 share sell today.  Curious.  I would've thought they'd be in blackout period.  I'm interested to know who's doing the selling.


I seem to not be able to find the insider trades, will have to look further into it. Not completely sure when Q4 comes out, blackouts probably start 3 weeks or so before, either way it must be close.
