RE:Birch Hill Ownership of TWM

RE:Birch Hill Ownership of TWM
"Birch Hill ... and are presumably on board with the dividend cut which costs them around $9 million per year...."

What am I missing?

Birch Hill currently owns slightly more than 96,000,000 shares.  At $.04 per share that works out to slightly less than $4,000,000 a year.  Where is the other $5,000,000 coming from?

After the deal with Altagas five years ago, Birch Hill owned 73,532,271  common shares (22.3%).

They have purchased more shares over the years to maintain their 22.6% ownership..
