RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:new convert Until Management communicates the the operational and profitability challenges are behind them there is no reason for this to trade higher. Taking care of the balance sheet is an important issue for them but the attention must quickly turn to value creation.
The TWM and LCFS situation remains a bit of a mess. Based on their current actions, they would rather refinance and dilute current shareholders than attempt to dispose of more assets of additional shares in LCFS. During the strategic review the market indicated to them that selling down shares in LCFS at a reasonable price was not attractive.
For those of you hoping to make quick cash on TWM, I would urge you to consider moving on. If you are willing to play this out for the next 3 to 5 years there is potential value but at a high risk. There is also the potential that this gets acquired by a stronger hand that is in a better position to do something with the assets.
