RE: 5 months of THAI Sounds about right, although still think a THAI permit app. will sail through, in less than three months, especially if the pilot 10,000 BOD is directly adjacent to the current three well pair setup. My motivation was to point out the absurdity of a six+ year time frame. Would assume engineering study & plan finalization will take about 3-4 months, and would expect a permit app. in April/May. If I'm right, about the provincial gov.'s motivation, we would see a permit granted about late July-mid August, and tacking on a full 12 months for construction, plus some possible weather & equipment delays (another 1-3 months), we're looking at plant commissioning about Sept.-Oct., 2008. Roughly $100 million US, to design & build, a 10,000 BOD plant, based on prior PBG info, but allowing for some inflation. Hopefully, by the time the pilot plant begins construction, Canadian production will be approaching 10,000 BOED, so the project can be funded mostly from cash flow.
