First time I've ever seen the massive acreage of heavy oil shown in Russia, extending into the arctic circle. Problem with trying to sign THAI royalty agreements with places like Venezuela and Russia, is one of trust, whereby one would expect the licensing agreement to be abrogated, and the technology stolen. Hope JW has quietly pulled back from Venezuela, as Chavez has shown his true (common criminal/ dictator)colors. Of course, with almost all of Venezuela's experienced geos and petro engineers having fled from the fat little mobster, it may not matter.
