Some guesswork on CapriIMO, even though the catalyst is forced into the surrounding material, and doesn't directly contact the oil at all times, you're dealing with heat degredation, since the oil flowing through will be extremely hot, all the way to the surface. As to reinjecting the catalyst, my WAG is you could plug every other (i.e., 50 of 100) well at the same (1-2 weeks) time, while the rest are still flowing, and reinject up to the plug point. Then, drill through the plugs, and after flow restarts, go back and do the other 50. Still, it would be costly, and slow production for a time. Can't imagine Capri was developed, without a viable plan to reinject. Obviously, you like to limit, or even eliminate, reinjections, over the approximate five year life of the horizontal.
