I was going thru some exploration companies to find one to put new money to work in but as soon as I saw on their website that these 3 clowns were on the BOD I immediately closed the website and will NEVER touch this company.

These 3 guys have destroyed shareholder value in several companies including Lightstream resourses, SpPyglass resources etc. They took on too much debt in LTS for example and in the end now will basically just hand over the company to secured debt holders without even trying to negotiate a better deal with them for existing shareholders.

Its your money though , do your own D.D.
