Lurk & Learns:

I always get some level of comfort from Proselenes (and a few others mostly over on ADVFN) who (on balance) help the Lurk & Learns keep their "eyes on the prize". e.g. 

Looking at the Touchstone Website earlier today, the Trini's iconic Scarlet Ibis (in full flight) "wallpaper" is extremely refreshing as is visit/tour to the Caroni swamp is the next best thing; but under pre Covid constraints. Luckily YouTube has a few videos that do a tour of their natural habitat a virtual visit ... some justice.

Of more improtance to a "strategic" investor, we also see the new(?) mantra
/"motto" in big bold font, "FOCUSED ON LONG TERM VALUE CREATION'.

Also of interest  to Lurk & Learns is a reminder that some entity just might be aligned (OR NOT) with that "pipe" dream. And yes pun intended, as the Twitter announcement of the start of the Coho pipeline was announced. Translated means, under what scenario does a 109 % share outstanding become realigned to 100%? Unless a hedgie or major has a strategy. e.g. in an optima/substitution strategy, how many $70 mln OFF SHORE exploration wells would it take to net 1 TCF ......ON SHORE. Do the math (aka cypher) Jethro! Speaking of math.......

Aside from having a UP to DATE Website, we might ask, what would someone learn wrt an apparent change in PR (Twitter/social media, etc) strategy post March 31st 2021. A day that any casual/serious chart watcher would call saw an inflection point, on multiple fronts; but mostly about a "under promise and over deliver" strategy.

Having actually observed the Moruga jungle/forest canopy and undergrowth, first hand, I can fully appreciate the high value opportunities that await TXP (ON SHORE, on Leases & Lands ALREADY OWNED (if an Ortoire deep well is est at $7mln versus a Western Legacy Herrera at say?? my extrapolator is not working this morning) with ADVFN poster estimating an exploration well at Ortoire (say) $7mln vs $70 mln offshore). Some might say that might be called an unfair comparison; but I digress....especially NGC's $/m of installed pipe.

Now if we also revisit the NGC & Heritage pipeline networks (Google Images) some might begin to extrapolate the potential/possibility for deeper stratiagraphic HC charged horizons POSSIBLE in the Western Legacy Lands. For those watching the YouTube videos of the recent flooding, a buffer pond (like Mora Dam re T & TEC Penal using the "macotious" satellite imagery focused on Royston-1) might "gallay" this (free and abundant) nuisance water to and EOR waterflood asset. The (dumb it down type of) homeowner might call it the "rainbarrel" strategy. 

Like (or unlike) the "storm chasers" we see in the movies; the purloiners who seemed to have been be EXTREMELY well (pre)positioned for any whiff (seconds) of bad news (March 31st) on both exchanges still appear to be facing a (failed? short and cover) dilema. Like the proverbial "oil and water" scenario, with the Coho (pseudo) announcement, should any words in the TXP "motto" be of concern to the purloiners? OK how about any or all of the VALUE CREATION milestones as summarized by Proselenes this morning? Is there and actual CREST/purloiner showdown (aka standoff) lurking some where, some how,  some time? 

BWDIK? The other part of the TXP "motto" is LONG TERM......meaning what? Could it be (for the patient) ....for starters; posivive earnings per share (EPS) that (cover) exploration drilling?
