Touchstone's Two (Diametrically Opposed) Shareholders?

Touchstone's Two (Diametrically Opposed) Shareholders?
Lurk & Learns:

Kudos yet again for Proselenes to continue his (updated, re Coho - 2 in Q1 2022 vis a vis quick oil production) prioritization of Touchstone's list of positives. However, his main caveat being PATIENCE. Unfortunately, this same patience is synomous with "delays" "CPM timeline slippage"; (possibly) seen as an advantage by others.

BWDIK? Shorts or hedgers (insurance??) have borrowed 9% from CREST plus all the while facing a looming inflection point. Like the Aesops Fable of the Jar and the Vulture looking for some water, eventually Touchstone will transition from gas discoveries to 25 - 50,000 boe/day ON SHORE (with a 5 to 7 X coefficient versus the OFF SHORE competitors).

The two main types of Touchstone shareholders (Traders versus Investors) are outlined in the following video. Proselenes makes this distinction very succintly in his closing remarks in a recent post.

If we drill down into the types of traders (i.e. their intentions), we might want to consider their intentions. Short term swing trading for monetary gain or (as some has speculated and as also described in the video) ... a creeeping "take under".

One plausible theory being expounded is a hedge fund (with or without the direction of a major) ccould be quietly accumulating shares (or multiples) of TXP before approaching major shareholders for their support for a "hostile takeover".

Meaning, vis a vis, the blessing versus curse continuim, all the positives unfolding for Touchstone makes it/us "victims of our own success". e.g. On Friday's trading, would a day trader be doing HFT (high frequency trading) or someone with an ulterior motivation?

Point being, when a single house is being used to buy and sell about ONE MILLION SHARES for a "net zero value exchange" (say $2.40) to the Trinis hoping to replace the +5,500 direct jobs lost from the P-a-P closure the hope is for Touchstone's success and not for some entity to justify their "failed strategy", at a time when "gas was not king". What goes around, come around 50+ years later.
