Waiting for the TXP "Voices of Spring (effect). Lurk & Learns:
While I'm NO EXPERT on these "Composite Man" matters; (my) Lurk & Learns looking to make some sense of the recent market gyrations of TXP might want to study the following tretise line by line with reference to the multiple stages (and especially the descriptor "SPRING") as ascribed by Richard Wyckoff re Accumulation & Distribution as a trading pattern/strategy.

As previously alluded to, accumulation might be part of an ETF, presently resident major, hedge or mutual fund's strategic investing plan. HOWEVER; in my actual experience, this phase canno be discounted (could also be) used by purloiners looking to "extend" their significant Covid & Ukraine Confilct inspired gains by accumulating "gas" (aka clean energy) plays, AFTER a clear path to POSSIBLE extended positive cash flow (aka wall of cash) is confirmed c/w WY2022 3P U/D. i.e. Most Importantly (Ortoire's version of a Brian Lara innings) Cascadura.
Where these (Composite Men) posing as "expat macos" know fully well that the two successful wells on Pad A have already been SUCCESSFULLY drilled and certified/ 3PI tested to 4000psi (c/w EPA) the monetization connection possible in Q1/H1, with IMHO any slippage BEYOND the control of TXP, despite the "experts" without T&T O&G pontificating their (First World c\w rule of Kick A$$ law) solutions "ad nauseum".
Meaning,Trinis have a long memory of what it was like decades ago when a certain company was allowed to "stink up" their approaches to the PaP refinery with impunity as they drove from Marabella/Sando to company housing in Plesance Park.
These same "un-informed" might want to start with a study Uriah T Butler's contribution to the step change to the residents of gated communities that benefitted immensely from T & T's natural resources while having to use a "gate pass" to provide domestic service {e.g. recall kaiso riff "BSG stay home and mind baby") for meagre wages. The foregoing is only to explain why PB is to be congratulated for his decision to "invest 10 years" of his time to try and bring a nuisance commodity (FP ~$US 2.50 gas) at the time to a place where his reward is being carefully watched (macoed) by the Composite Men, because it is what they have always done for 100+ years no matter the industry and for that matter the country.
Possible purloiners MIGHT be delaying (aka inducing slippage and/or playing the waiting game) based on their (historical) ability to muzzle anyone (company, place, political party, employee, etc) who relies on these heavyweights for their economic well being. But I digress, as todays key word is SPRING EFFECT . And with this in mind and
in closing, today's key word is "incentivize", Trinis (who have long hush dey a$$) have long benefitted from the (some say condescending) expats historical/colonial attitude; unfortunately, nationalization of this GDP "cash cow" does come with it's own set of challenges/downside(s).
Meaning gift baskets are symbolic (versus tangible/realistic) while bank/cash cards to NP, KFC or even more importantly baseline pineapple production studies vis a vis a (bonus) incentive might be a start to addressing any hope of/for the co-option of of the "decimated" local/community support, trades & technical talent pool (not easily addressed for a plethora of barriers to implementation) in todays Trinidad. e.g. a possiblity of SFTI (or other trades & technical) chair second only to a (recent Twitter post) Rotary Golf Tourney team sponsorship of course.....which makes Stephen Ames (yes a Trini that we are all proud to call our native son, not to mention rapper Nikki M) a possible MVP for Touchstone's Trinidad/Calgary connection thorugh golf?

Looking forward to Richard Wyckoff's "Spring Affect" (eventually, sometime in Q1/H1) with or without Royston sidetrack (previously drilled and 3P included in March report, barring any technical setback(s), hopefully addressed by/with world class million dollar rig c\w stand by charges & HP/torque).
