In the TXP Tweet, the term "pre-commissioning" starting on June 15th; has SUBSTANTIAL significance wrt the "first gas" at Cascadura A. (i.e. as early as June 30th 2023... suggesting in say three weeks AT THE EARLIEST, with (recall: as per COHO, the third party sign-off b4 actual commissioning subject to "slippage"). Also recall, neither the politicains (SY) nor company (PB) will be the one(s) looking to circumvent the safety OP when working with 5000+psi.
BWDIK? This term will normally signify to long suffering (patient) shareholdes that TXP's inflection point is written in (sand) stone from the turbidite fairway. As a rebuttal to those O & G companies who have "passed" on Ortoire gas at a time when "oil" was the main target for exploration teams.
By the looks of things, some HIGHLY PREDICTABLE "tree shakers" & PB "haters" one even flirting with "slander" on a faceless board, possibly unaware that one of the possible uses of the wall of cash c\b to take legal action against the long list of those who feel emboldened (apparently) unaware or unfettered by/with any resultant "consequential(s)" have made their appearance.
BWDIK? Lurk & Learns might want to take comfort in the announcement of the "pre-commissioning" giving (possible) reason(s) to expect some light at the end of this the Trini version of Knolly's "tunnel" finally getting "Maintaned by Touchstone" signage. .
