Big question is over testing............ Very possible they have used alternate testing equipment to test Chinook (which sadly cannot handle the pressure at Cascadura). So Casca Deep has to wait for the bigger rated test equipment. EG we get "Joy" of Chinook testing......but "disappointment" (if you can call it that) that Casca Deep pressure is so damn high its off

Out of all the concerns I may have about this share (very few) the actual sale of the gas is non-existence on that list  Trinidad's economy relies heavily on petro-chemical industry (around 50% of GDP).
