TXP FINALLY Takes Trini Assets to Steady State Production

Following yesterdays strategic "gulp" of Touchstone shares on the TSX, we can expect a few new readers looking to "do their own due diligence".

With SEDAR being the repository of regulatory sancioned corporate information.

While the expanding "land" package c/w NPV extrapolation by TOO aspitants. 

Of course there is the Touchstone Website's Corporate Updates. 

Then there are the social media postings of some key personnel, XM, etc, etc.

And in other POSITIVE to TXP news, the Bloomberg Oil price is showing a sub $US 70 per barrel which is to PB's delight is under the (with no ill intention to Bob Marley??) dreaded/notorious $US75. Now,

To the "normal" person this is not a good thing; however a  serious potential investor might want to "birddog" that Trinidad Specific "oddity". whence the current tax structure,counterintuitively, rewards/incentivizes more production below $US75.

Then there is the issue of TT VAT tax(value added, like GST/HST in Canada) owing.

Throw in (in no particular order of priority or accretive NPV) some other "updates owed to the market":

1. Coho water isolating packer second attempt at the contractor's cost 

2. Cascadura compressor (re) intergration into the circuit to take gas production from say 46 to 60 MCF/day 

3. Mobilization to the already completed/expanded pad for the PROVEN (at Royston) capability of the SV to drill the next two or more directional wells at least one of which MAY be pointed in the direction of the Central Range, contingent on the successful conclusion of a move away from the western legacy "swiss cheese" to the east central HIGH VALUE gas targets.

Unabashed digression for comic relief...

A famous local comedian, might comment that "when the market was last updated files labeled "XXX to YYY Asset Swap" were allegedly located in the lockable file cabinets .... next to their "anchar jars". And "when reached for comment the spokesperson would not divulge if the jars contents were mango or "pomcetay"; but was permitted to divulge that Moruga Scorpions (the worlds hottest known peppers) and mustard oil were combined" in their preparation, which to the non initiated suggest five(5) Caribs per slice." As to the possible "market" reaction when the jar is dusted off and cleared of cobwebs and FINALLY opened, he said that, "dis is d fus time in years dat me eh makin joke nah!" LOL, 

4. Royston "on pump" update is another "news owed to the market". 

5. Heading to Quinam Beach in a maxi taxi past some/one of the "macos" with possible synertegic "oogle eyes" in Touchstone's direction we get to the two(2) Coora shallow "commitment " wells. Where even Sara P might be able to see a "certain" neighbour. Digression to a serious "cloud".....recally US deporting specific people....

6. With any pending "comess" would EXXON or/or others see TXP (as Sir Walter Raleigh saw LaBrea) as a saving grace as the 99 year "Chag" lease/option is or is not activated. Hence the mid-air refueling option previously mentioned.

7. In a past TXP life (exploration stage) a certain institution/investor was able to amass a well timed 3M share holding. CAUTIONARY NOTE: This is not an insinuation of any W & N or "vulturism" as the "bottom" (descending triangle) signaling an inflection to Steady State gas production was clearly speculated by others on the charts posted on ADVFN. Signaled 85 with 80 being the spring ultimate K stretch.

While the "buffeting" that PB announced (infamous patience plea) was met with a "sell off" the "comedian with the handle "stinging nettle" did caution the "non Trinis" with "end of pipe" issues to have a case of PH on hand (as the TXP Project Specialist might attest to the fact that) the (broken?) Trini supply chain might disappoint the last minute relief seeking visitor to the drug store. LOL
