Hi AW, As I posted earlier, Dines said that the Annual Forecast 2006 issue would be mailed on Jan 18th. Today in his IWB he mentioned that all issues would be in the mail no later then Jan 23rd. It seems to me that they could not deliver 100% on the mailing date of Jan 18th, but I'm not sure. So they have advised us that there may be a small delay in some cases. The other thing to consider is that this issue had to be mailed, not Emailed, because of the size. As we all know, the mail does not arrive at all locations at the same time, even if it is sent at the same time. As a long term subscriber, and a one that requests that all my TDLetters be mailed instead of Emailed to me, I don't see where there has been any attempt by Dines to intentionaly postpone or delay his letter. He of all people would like to see it in the hands of all of his subscribers as soon as possible, and has telegraphed that message earlier in his publications. To sum it up, this is an annual report for all of 2006, not an emergency bulletin that every one needs to immediatley act on. If anyone out there thinks they need quicker service in getting informed, then they should also subscribe to the Inter Warning Bulletin, and those are all sent by Email at the same time.
