CCO conference call

CCO conference callI asked Grandey about West Bear and the negotiations ongoing as described in the Dec 13 UEX news release. He was pleased with the developments at UEX but claimed ignorance on the negotiations.  It was a truly unimpressive conference call by all accounts. Tone, substance and disclosure were all lacking, in my opinion. Most of the analysts sounded  frustrated by the responses to their questions.  I truly hope Areva/Denison beat them to the punch on the exploitation of the deposit. I don`t see why they wouldn`t, Cameco seems to have there plate full with the disasters at Cigar Lake, Port Hope and the unfolding one at Centerra in Kyrgyzstan. Yet once again, UEX is beaten down another 4.5% and CCO is only down 0.4% on a day when they disappointed the street with their earnings. Makes you wonder how intelligent the average uranium investor really is doesn`t it?
