RE: Cormark

RE: CormarkIt's my understanding that those shares are flow-through shares and if so then its perfectly normal for them to sell.

Flow-through shares are great for tax purposes and are often sold at a premium to the normal stock price (just like here). If you buy $1000 of flow-through (FT) shares the you get to write-off the full $1000... Your cost basis is adjusted to zero and if you sell them at the same price then you still make a profit! truthfully, I only found out what they are recently and had I known I would have bought them myself.

I think it's more likely that they bought a whack of shares in the 0.70 to 0.80 range and are now happy to take a nice profit, plus more.

I think UEX is not going to be taken over. I do think it will be much higher than it is today a few months down the road. My gut feeling is that it too will behave like so many other companies I've been following. Meaning, it will go sideways for a bit with increased buying, and then shoot  in a big way. Again, just a gut feeling and intuition, not making any recommendations here :)

Cheers.
