Private Placement

So I have been adding UEX for a while now (including today) and then after todays close UEX announced .........6,350,000 flow-through common shares of UEX (the "Flow-Through Shares") at a price of $0.50 per Flow-Through Share for total gross proceeds to UEX of $3,175,000........ I wonder which way this will go Monday? I have had bad experiences with PP's - Anyone venture an educated guess??
