RE:RE:long long wait

RE:RE:long long wait No worries guys, be patient. Buying UEX at under $ 0.25 is going to be a nice ride so do not worry about the pennies - wait for the dollars. It will happen.

This whole Global X rebalancing stuff is mostly irrelevant in my opinion. Uranium is now a bit on the radar with those in the know but John Q public, still do not have a clue. Zero- Nada. Nuclear is going away and wind, gas and solar are going to take over. All Nuclear power plants will be shut in 5 years etc. That is what most think because they do not understand the details of where electricity comes from now and will come from in the future for the next 50 years. Nuclear Power Plants are here to stay and they need Uranium to run.

I read somewhere yesterday by an analyst who said that the US 232 petition will cost US Utilities big bucks and put more of them out of business because of higher Uranium prices - which make up over 20 % of the cost of a Nuclear power plant will make them even more uneconomical . We all know this is BS because Uranium is 3-4 % of cost, not 20 %. Does not matter if we have $ 30 or more than $ 130 per LB -  they need U to run and will buy it at any price before running out.

Now to the shares - Cameco/Blackrock/Global X/ S Sorensen own about 37.8 % of the outstanding shares. Management and others ( Sprott etc?) have options/warrants for about 41 Million shares. This company is worth more than $ 93 Million dollars. Cobalt at WB alone is worth far more than $ 100 Mil. $ 3 puts this company just north of a Billion $$. $ 6 is over $ 2 Billion. $ 9 is $ 3 Billion . Not out of the question when the public rushes in for a piece of the pie when Uranium prices are rising fast.

When ( not if)  Cameco announces McCarthur River on care and maintenance out to 2020 - and when they cannot buy the 10 M LBS on the spot market - and who by the way will sell to Cameco at about $ 23/LB and make money ?? Next year Cameco needs 20 Million LBS - Unless they have to pay more than $ 45/LB, Cameco will keep MR shut.

I think the Utilities really are like sheep and follow each other. This freight train is going to hit a wall pretty hard and pretty quick. Uranium prices in a 3 month window sometime in the near future are going to go nuts. I have said this before - Utilities should lock in at $ 60 and call it a day but they are playing Roulette - ( or maybe they also read all this and have shares in some of these Uranium companies - made mucho money the last run in 2005 to 2007 and want some more $$ this time around)................

No profit for companies at these current prices. THAT is the bottom line. Uranium prices will rise - share prices for a number of select companies will rise dramamtically and patience is needed. Yes some days are hard to watch the share prices. Turn off the monitor watching daily share prices. Enjoy the summer and fire the monitor back up after Labor Day.  End of sermon.....
