I still like the point made about the real Catalyst must be energy demand for substainability of Nuclear. Petition 232 is noise on the long term.

Heatwave will make electricity price to surge for short term... Unfortunately the fatalities will be the headlines hopefully it will be limited.

Bottom line:
Recently technology helped with LED, intelligent and more efficient device... until what point it will continue.

Population growth keeps pushing on needs.
The electrification of Transport : Either Battery or Hydrogen will require greener energy that was previously taken from Fuel/Diesel/Coal.

Then energy storage is a big topic, demand will never be linear but mass produciton is.

I agree that an anti-Nuclear opinion shift in Western World may be the perfect catalyst. We also needs a certain rise in carbon energy to resume/accelerate the EV or alternate transition.
