UEX SHEA Creek Gold Deposits Add Shareholder Value
UEX SHEA Creek Gold Deposits Add Shareholder ValueTime to add another mint to the UEX equation. And turn the page as things start to heat up but to summarize:
1. Cobalt is flat for the next year but will rebound very well after that. Missed the last Cobalt spike so swallow, learn and move on. CoEX is a very valuable UEX asset and LBS still growing.
2. 232 is done and Uranium will start to really move - finally. $30/LB will be hit pretty easily by labor day now and the whole sector will really heat up this fall.
3. But what about Gold which is also heating up. We have Gold at UEX, possibly a lot of it. Page 64 to 66 of the 2009 Shea Creek Technical report.
" Gold was historically mined as a by-product at Cluff Lake. At Shea Creek, locally high grades are also present. Signficant composited gold intercepts with high grades per Tonned and grade thickness are on Table 8.1" - look at these results .... some at 27.0+g /T.
" The morphology and true thickness of areas which are high in gold content are as yet undetermined. The high gold grades frequently, but not always, occur in areas of higher grade uranium minerlization ....." which we definitely have at Shea Creek.
Here is my take - the Carswell structure was one mother of an impact and a lot of stuff happened. An almost 10 Billion ton chunk of space rock containing a lot of different metals - that is 20 Trillion LBS hitting the earth. Where did all these LBS go ??Even if it contained less than 1/100,000 th of 1 % of Gold that is still 2 Million LBS of gold or Billions of Dollars worth.
Maybe a few holes to reconfirm these high grade Gold results ????
Over 60,000,000 LBS of Uranium mined at Cluff Lake over the years. Where did it come from? And where did the Shea Creek U come from ?? UEX is now easily above 100 Million LBS of U. Should be theoretically on par with Nexgen and FCU right now.
All of the above for $ 0.17 per share. Can anyone say an undervalued company ..........
