Spot Uranium Prices Remain below $ 26.00/LB FOR HOW LONG ??The deeper this flat pricing goes the more upside the rebound will be. Digging in for however long this takes. When UEX hits $ 0.50 + per, who will have the nodes to wait for further upside or will most retails bail ? More speculating money is going to arrive in the Uranium sector soon. A few Billion maybe but look at how few companies this money can be spread around ?? Cannot invest more than $ 6 Million currently in UEX (10%) unless one wants control... Some questions.
Who is making any money right now at $26.00/LB ? Where do these LBS come from - I suppose when Uranium was very low at around $ 18/LB. Sell at $ 26 - cost at $ 18 still makes some money at about 30 % GM.
But such razor thin amounts of LBS in Spot is it not ? Can the Kazak's really put all the other mines under ? How long was the longest LT contract back in the last cycle ? Did anybody sign a 12 YR LT in October of 2007 ? I thought 12 year terms did not exist - or do they ? Even if so they are ending like now.
Any new tomorrow on working group ? Might be all secret and nobody will know much. Or maybe a splash and some action at Energy Fuels, UEC and UR-Energy - hope so.
Tick tock. Onwards. Slowly but maybe not for much longer. From $ 26/LB to $ 45/LB in how many months ??
