UEX Management Owns Directly What % of Shares ?
UEX Management Owns Directly What % of Shares ?According to the latest 2019 UEX information circular, it looks like the current UEX team directly owns less than 2 Million shares of the company - total. If this is accurate, it is a concern.
All of the other compensation are possible share options down the road - if they exercise great - if not they quietly disappear.
HMM - 2 Million shares at current ridiculous low prices is less than $ 300 K - or nothing. Need to see a bigger % of their compensation going towards UEX share purchases.
Much ( much) bigger stake needed by current UEX Management team at these low prices looking at the Uranium Tsunami coming down the tracks.
Anybody agree ?
