RE:RE:True Story

RE:RE:True StoryWell, I had 67000 shares of psm which gave me 67000 of uex.  Between Psm and Uex I estimate that I made about $200k.  However, I moved much of that into other uranium stocks including 75k in a newly issued, at that time, Global Uranium Fund.  I pretty much lost it all.  I learned that funds that emerge to capitalize on a hot commodity generally come along at the end of the ride and should be looked at as indication it is time to get out and don't look back.  I sold my last 1000 uex back in the day for about six bucks.  I'm currently holding 45000 uex that I have purchsed over the last five or so years at an average cost of 27 cents.

My view right now.  We will not see a run anything like we saw back in the glory days but there is definitely upside potential from here.  If I remember correctly the price of uranium back in the day ran from just below 10 bucks to about $140 without ever going lower at its weekly valuation.  It is stayed the sane or went up every week for about 4 years.

I will keep an eye on the uranium price of course, as well as Cameco and Kazatoprom.  They  control about 50% of the market and they can determine the price.  So long as they keep their mines closed or reduduce production the price will rise, both of uranium and uranium stocks.
