RE NYSE VS OTC SHARE TRADING

RE NYSE VS OTC SHARE TRADINGMore chatter around about small companies in Uranium, Gold and other mined metals with share prices below $ 0.30 per.

What is the downside of a straight 10 to 1 conversion to move a company above the $ 1.00 + mark for BIG institutional investors to take notice ? Is a $ 1.00 per share the line in the sand or is more like a price of $ 5 per share. Anybody as I do not know this detail.

Ridiculous low UEX price right now I realize at $ 0.13 per CDN and let us say 400 Million shares. Go to 40 Million shares and a $ 1.30 price. And now bigger fish would take notice and the $ 1.30 could go to $ 10 or more when (not if ) the Uranium train starts to go.

What is the downside vs now sitting at $ 0.13 and hoping for what --  $ 0.40 , $ 0.50 or $ 0.60 + ?? When UEX hits $ 0.60, market cap means $ 240 Million @ 400 Million Shares
OR UEX hits $ 6.00 per share, market cap means $ 240 Million @ 40 Million shares.

UEX will hit a market cap of $ 1 BIllion + at the peak of the the next Uranium run for sure IMHO. Almost did in in 2007 so will happen again. Does anybody really care what the share float is at that time ?? Food for thought.
