RE:RE:UEX shareholder' to receive free shares via spinout ????If memory serves......the PSM spinout to UEX occured at around the .30 mark.  With about .10 for UEX and .20 for PSM.  Estimates cause I'm too lazy to look it up.

If UEX announces a spin out date, the stock would jump.   

If UEX then reached .60 a share by that date, it would spin out at about .40 for UEX, and COEX at about .20 cents.  Estimates obviously.

Let me ask you.........what would you do with your COEX shares?
