RE:history spotwe will find out about financing only after JCU votes to accept the UEX offer on June 18th (or whenever it is).  I have a feeling bridge financing has been arranged, and share issue to cover will be done later, at much higher prices.  BACK UP THE TRUCK NOW WHILE PRICE IS BELOW 50cents!
