Legit Question about JCU deal
Legit Question about JCU dealUex Paid 4 times the price and received half the assets. Financing for the new water down deal was less than half of analyst expectations. MY QUESTION - why didn't UEX buy the whole thing the number of diluted shares would have been the same for twice the price 55 - 60 range??? This is another fumble by Roger & the board
