Some shakeup might not be a bad thing to get us more aligned with best practices, don't know if it is Roger as he does have the history and knowledge of the portfolio. My read is the board is very conservative and hesitant to engage in the type of more direct to direct investor discussions that are more commonplace these days. 

I get respecting the letter of the law for securities regulators, but when every other company directly engages in direct tweets and discourse that flirts with the line of material public information - why stay in the past.

There is an interview with Crux coming soon, he is usually pretty good at asking tougher questions so will see. Hopefully Roger is a bit better prepped this time and has some better answers on spinouts, etc.
