I just votedI took Mangoe advise to send a message to all not just Roger & Catherinne however i decided to vote i favor of one dorector - I voted to with hold all directors with the exception of Grahanm C Thody, he currently holds three times his salary as a Board member. Interesting if you choose not to vote your automatically designated voters are Roger Lemaitre & Evely Abbot so be sure to vote or they will use your shares to vote for themselves...
