RE:RE:If UEC & DNN offers are equivalent in valueMangoe - I personally enjoy your post however you are confused or mislead by the news release and this is exactly why Roger needs to communicate and not let UEC run the narrative. The 7% increase is from UEC original share swap offering .0831 to 0.0890 is a 7% increase grab your calculator. No one on this board truly knows what the Densison offer is.....UEC is word smithing their release to try to confuse you....their offer at best is a match at best....it might not even be a match because they lean heavy on their deal is better because it would potentially close sooner....UEC offer is not 7% above the Denison offer!
