Last offer sounded like it was leaked to UEC, will this one IMHO it looks like Roger is more determined to secure his new job with UEC rather then actually securing the best deal for UEX shareholders. The last deal certainly sounds like it was leaked to UEC, UEX has two Vp's who leaked the details or potentially vilated the NDA?? We can only hope the truth comes out about the Dension offer and this new offer? This whole process was rushed. Shareholders has been potentially mislead and need to see details of all three offers and vote... this has the potential of litigation all over it
