The vote tomorrow is on the amended Plan of Arrangement (0.098 share of UEC for each share of UEX). The chairman of the meeting could quite easily adjourn the meeting to another date. We will find out tomorrow morning. If UEX is to accept another Plan of Arrangement with DML, a new circular and voting package will need to be sent out as far I understand things.
