Well. There we have it. Last minute boost to the offer by UEC. Just equal to what UEX was trading at on Friday. I'm guessing that UEX BofD were not impressed with the finer points in the DML offer. I'm further guessing that "Party A" mentioned  in pp21-23 of the Circular was indeed DML. Could never be pinned down. Typical..
