RE: A CHART QUESTION ?I chart quite a few penny stocks and it does a passible predictive job. Where you can't judge penny stocks is in the velocity of a move on substantial news. This type of news creates a new trend for a penny dreadfull and you just have to throw all the old TA out and wait for the new trend to assert itself.
