Dear XXXX,
If you read UEX's news release of October 12, 2004, which is available on UEX's website among other places, you will see that we do not make the statement that the Black Lake discovery "tops" that of McArthur River. What UEX did say is that the Black Lake discovery hole BL-18 is of a higher grade than the discovery hole MAC-196 of the P2 North deposit at McArthur River, which is currently being mined.
A Canadian Press reporter misinterpreted a statement that the Athabasca Basin hosts the highest grade uranium deposits in the world and then issued a corrected version of their story, which you have not yet seen. See the link below:
