719 BLOCKING SIZE LOT ON TD

The computer has been spitting out huge blocking size lot on UEX at 12 cents 719 on TD and HUGE size lot over 600 on TD at 10 cents so the price is trap, is there a spin out coming out soon for such obvious trading pattern, time will tell.
