Ask yourself this:
Why doesn't UMJ management wait till a week after they release Q4 numbers to announce their PP? This way they can do the PP at potentially a much higher price? I think the reason is clear - they are opening the candy jar and F- other shareholders who have either stuck with them over the years or done their DD and discovered UMJ on their own.
And if they're making so much money then why do the PP at all?
Its a total outrage and betrayal to the shareholders.
