I think

I thinkThis whole take over thingie allowed RS and his insiders to dump a whole whack of cheap shares into Wesley's lap at a huge premium.
Like I said, RS has to be the best CEO a junior mine company can have. He sure knows how to work the system. They must teach that in rock university...how to make millions  of $$ selling stock for a moose pasture.
