25:1 as of what date? So is this a fixed .15 deal or will it hedge on the actual stock price by a certain date?
Anyond have the actual details? So basically we'll get 1 share for every 25 we hold of NKL. It looks like a fantastic company. I know NKL holders don't like it but they just acquired a good chunk of properties with years of mining. Especially with ore shortages starting to pop up I'm positive you'll see prices start to go high again.
