The final thought

Forbes and Manhattan look great, but check out their high bonuses and pay structure at the expense of shareholders.  Also there are some great successes but there are a good chunk of failures in there too.   A board that had some of the members might be ok but with the raider crew we have here led by Randy Miller I say no to whole shebang.  Don't get suckered into the smooth talking folks from F&M talking about insider ownership etc.    ISM share price decline coupled with the Miller pay package is what we are looking at with UMJ if Miller's past is any indication of our future with him at the helm.
There is pretty good insider ownership now at UMJ, and the team is honest, hard working and straight forward.  F&M led by Miller is recipe for lower share prices and a buyout that affects all shareholders.
Ironically this whole thing is pretty bullish as obviously F&M sees the value here just like we all do.  Share price is set to stagnate until Randy Miller affair is brought to a satisfactory close.
