I might be reading it wrong but that Mark's boot arrangement seems to point to meeting a need within the much delayed OCFC2 contract (clothing and footwear). I seem to remember Peerless mentioning an anticipated April 2021 response on the RFP's for OCFC2 (was it even April 22nd?). Those 1.6MM shares traded the same day as the Mark's NR, well, that's a large part of their float ...more

I believe that BOS has also responded to RFP and so I got cold feet and sold. Only question that remained for me is if BOS could possibly need UNI for any part of the contract requirements if BOS successful. I base this on UNI's record with DND but cannot believe BOS doesn't have all bases covered.
