Companies like UR generally hit operational choke points as they grow (good thing). Needing a junior paralegal to quarterback contracts is good. This function would be held by the general counsel at the onset, but it is wildly ineffiicent to do so once you hit scale. Hard to tell without knowing more about the nature of their contracts, but I view this as a quiet positive.
If sales and technical were cr@pping the bed legal would be bored and anxious (not expanding).
